Extra! Extra! Read All About It!
Cha! Cha! Cha! I am excited! Well, as excited as one person can get who has only eaten Cream of Wheat for brunch and Wheat Thins for snack, and whose head still hurts and whose shoulder muscles are in lock-down and who is still in her jammies is wearing sunglasses....but all that aside, the good news of the day was delivered in the mail a few moments ago.
My blood work came back and I am still a SUPREME BEING!
Cholesterol level - 116
Triglycerides - 45
LDL - 57
HDL - 50 (that's something I could bump up, but hey, who wants to live forever?!)
