This email is to confirm my resignation as a Designated Support Engineer, at Novell Inc, effective end of business February 3, 2012.
I have enjoyed a long and prosperous twenty year career with Novell. I extend my sincere gratitude for the opportunities and challenges that have come my way. I appreciate the fine skills and knowledge base I have developed during my employment. I will continue to evangelize Novell products and solutions as they are some of the best in the industry.

I have accepted a job offer from Community Health Systems here in TN. The same company I work for now as a Novell employee.

wow, that's quite the exciting news!
So does that mean your vacation days start over again? Haha. What a move! I mean not a big one, since you already work with them but a BIG one leaving Novell.
